Notification Letter on the Improvement of Product Quality Indicators

Dear Customer,

First of all, we would like to express our thanks for your long-term sincere cooperation with China Jushi Company limited.

We adhere to the spirit of Quality First and Customer Foremost and have alwaysbeen committed to providing high-quality products and services to ourcustomers. We are delighted to notify you that, in order to further enhance thecompetitiveness of our products, lead the industry development and make theproduct quality more consistent and better, we decide to carry out the fourth roundof product quality indicator improvement. The products involved and theimproved quality indicators are as follows:

Assembled Roving Products:

1. Linear density: The indicator variation for 702 will be improved from±5% to±4%. After this improvement, all assembled roving products willhave a variation of±4%.

Direct Roving Products:

1. Moisture content: The indicator will be improved from≤0.20%to≤0.15%for 960,960A and 988A.

2. Breaking strength: The indicator will be improved from≥0.40 N/tex to≥0.42 N/tex for 320 316HM and 390YF05(E7), and from≥0.40 N/tex to≥0.45 N/tex for 312.

3. Linear density: The indicator variation will be improved from±5% to±4%for the product specifications of ≥600tex.

Chopped Strands Products:

1. Combustible content: The indicator variation will be improved from±0.15% to±0.10% for 508A, 508C,508H,510,510H and 560A.

   
   

Chopped Strand Mat Products:

1. Area weight: The indicator variation will be improved from±6% to±5%for the CSM specification of >300g.

2. Area weight single value: The indicator variation will be improved from±12% to±10% for the CSM specification of >300g.

3. Moisture content: The indicator will be improved from≤0.15% to≤0.10%.

4. Longitudinal and transverse tensile strengths: Will be improved for 30 specifications.

Woven Rovings:

1. Area weight: The indicator variation will be improved from±5% to±4%.

2. Moisture content: The indicator will be improved from≤0.10% to≤0.07%.

3. Warp-wise breaking strength: Wil be improved for 30 specifications.

4. Weft-wise breaking strength: Will be improved for 28 specifications.

We plan to gradually implement the improvement of the above product qualityindicators starting from January 2024, covering our company and its subsidiariesat all levels (including Jushi Group, Jushi Chengdu, Jushi Jiujiang, Jushi Egyptand Jushi USA). In the meantime, we will update the product manuals posted atthe company website and will issue the testing reports for products manufacturedaccording to the improved quality indicators.
